Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between XLINGUA and participants in language courses and related services. Conflicting terms of the customer are not accepted.
Formation of contract
The contract is formed upon registration and written confirmation by XLINGUA. Registration may be made via the website, the app, or by email.
Services
XLINGUA provides language instruction in the agreed format (group courses, private lessons, company courses). Type, scope, and timing of services are set out in the booking confirmation.
Prices and payment
Prices are those stated at the time of booking. Payment is due according to the deadlines specified in the booking confirmation. For installment payments, the agreed conditions (e.g. Klarna) apply.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellations and withdrawals are governed by the relevant product description (e.g. 24-hour rule for private lessons). A right to a refund exists only in the cases stated there.
Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Final provisions
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is [place], where permitted by law. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
